Aubrey is passionate about all things related to plants, people, and their interactions with each other. With a background in conventional ecology and an upbringing in Portland, Oregon, she is particularly interested in the role of flora in urban systems. Aubrey's current research is exploring how the structure and design of urban ecosystems affects thermal outcomes.

In her spare time, Aubrey enjoys trying out new recipes and taking care of her house plants.
