In this project, we seek to explore how considerations of green gentrification might contribute to more equitable urban forest governance via case studies of Metro Vancouver, BC, and the Greater Toronto Area, ON. In doing so, we build on our previous work developing a framework for urban forest governance rooted in recognitional equity.
