Kirsten completed her BSc with honours from the University of Toronto '20 in Evolutionary Anthropology, Forestry, and Socio-cultural Anthropology. Kirsten is currently a MSc student in Urban Forestry working on an SSHRC Knowledge Synthesis Grant – “Will smarter forests take us farther? Fostering resilient forest ecosystems in the digital era”, led by supervisor, Dr. Lorien Nesbitt.

Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys cooking, hiking, reading, and video games!
