Establishing a Research Nexus

About the BUF Research Nexus

The Urban Forests Research Hub created an affiliated undergraduate research hub, the BUF Research Nexus, as a means of connecting Bachelor of Urban Forestry students with different research labs and urban forestry projects. The Nexus will allow students to participate in research projects and thus enhance the overall quality of their undergraduate experience and hopefully their interest around graduate research work, and other research-oriented projects.

A variety of methods were used to gain insight into how the Research Nexus could best serve UBC undergraduate students, faculty, graduate students, and researchers.
